(T-SAS) ("St Andrew" or the "Company") reports for the three months ended September 30, 2008, it had a net loss of $5,273,355 or $0.02 per share as compared to a loss of $24,036,610 or $0.13 per share for the same period in 2007. Net loss for the nine months ended September 30, 2008 was $3,432,580 or $0.01 per share as compared to a loss of $62,154,948 or $0.45 per share for the nine months ended September 30, 2007.
