Jacques Perron ing, P.Eng Position: Director, President and CEO Jacques Perron obtained his B.Sc. in mining engineering at l'École Polytechnique in 1984 and held various engineering, operations and management level positions with Noranda Inc., J.S. Redpath Ltd (mining contractors), Cambior Inc. (a Canadian based mining company), and Cameco Corporation (A Canadian Uranium producer). In 2004, he returned to Cambior Inc. as Vice President, Canada and was in charge of the Canadian assets including three gold mines and one niobium operation. Upon the acquisition of Cambior Inc., by Iamgold Corporation, Mr. Perron then assumed the role of Vice President of Operations America's.
	Ben Au, CA Position: CFO, VP Finance and Administration Ben Au joined the SAS team in June 2006. Prior to joining SAS, Mr. Au acted as the CFO and Corporate Secretary of China Diamond Corp. Mr. Au also held the position of Director of Internal Audit and Controller at Agnico-Eagle Mines Limited, from 1993 to 2004. Mr. Au earns his Bachelor of Commerce degree at Concordia University in 1982 and his professional accountant designation in 1988.
	Duncan Middlemiss P. Eng. Position: VP & General Manager, East Timmins Operations Duncan Middlemiss joined the SAS team in July, 2008. Mr. Middlemiss obtained his B.Sc. in mining engineering at Queen's University in 1989 and worked for Inco Ltd. as Mine Design Engineer until 1995. In 1995 he joined Barrick Gold Corp. at the Holt-McDermott Mine and held the position of Chief Mine Engineer until 2002. He then joined Kirkland Lake Gold Inc. at their Kirkland Lake Operations where he successively held the positions of Mine Engineering & Production Manager and since 2007 the position of Mine Manager. Mr. Middlemiss is a resident of Kirkland Lake.
	Michael Michaud P.Geo. Position: VP of Exploration Michael Michaud joined the SAS team in March, 2007 and is responsible for all of the exploration activities on the Timmins properties which include near-term production, advanced stage and grass roots exploration targets. Mr. Michaud brings over 20 years experience in mineral deposit exploration, and his skills provide a strong connection between exploration and mining phases of project development. He most recently held the position of President and CEO of two junior mining and exploration companies,J-Pacific Gold Inc., and China Diamond Corp. From 1996 to 2004 he was a Director and Partner of SRK Consulting Inc. in their Toronto office, and was Chief Geologist of North American Palladium Inc. from 1992 to 1996. Mr. Michaud holds a Honors Earth Sciences degree from the University of Waterloo, and a Masters of Science from Lakehead University. He is a professional Geoscientist with the Professional Geoscientist Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists in BC as well as Ontario.
	Linda Weinzettl Position: Corporate Secretary Linda Weinzettl is a seasoned professional Law Clerk with considerable experience in corporate, commercial and securities law. Ms. Weinzettl spent over 20 years as Law Clerk and Executive Assistant, within the mining industry working for many large law firms on Bay Street. She most recently held the position of Corporate/Securities Law Clerk with Wildeboer Dellelce LLP.
